Michael Pollan Nails It

Michael Pollan points out the elephant in the room: America's obesity problem as the root (or at least the largest root) of its health care problem. Of course we need to reform the system, he agrees, but once we can't dump or limit coverage of those with Type 2 diabetes and other diseases of civilization, then we'll have a clash of the corporate titans: Big Food vs. Big Insurance.
